ABOUT

My name is Mary Grace Riddell (pronounced rid-dell) but I go by my first and middle name: Mary Grace. I live in Charlotte, NC with my two cats. I am getting a Bachelors in Fine Arts with a concentration in Digital Media. Most of my works are digital illustrations I make in Procreate on my iPad Pro. While I can work with many other art mediums, digital illustrations are my favorite to make. I primarily focus on creating illustrations of my own characters, many of which are dragons. My goal one day is to have my own animation franchise that focuses on fantasy creatures and aliens living both on earth and in the universe as they struggle in battles of good vs evil with topics of spiritual warfare, Biblical themes and messages, and the idea that the magic and ideals of our childhood never have to leave us as they make the “real world” worth living in. I hope that after I graduate, I can get hired as either a layout artist, storyboard artist, concept artist, or illustrator. I would also like to create my own website and sell prints, pins, keychains, and plushies of my characters.
